Returns While shipping damage is rare, it can happen. Only items which are found to be damaged upon arrival will receive a full refund. Send photo evidence of the damage to [email protected], including the order number, within 5 business days of receiving shipment. Refunds will be processed immediately.
Unwanted items may be returned within 10 days. If undamaged upon return, the customer will be refunded the cost of the item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued when returned items are received.
